MEETING / CONFERENCE ROOMS

The Mount Vernon Best Western CottonTree Inn is located on Interstate 5, midway between the cosmopolitan bustle of Seattle and Vancouver, British Columbia, making us a natural choice for meetings and conventions. With over 10,000 square feet of conference space. We offer full service catering and can assist you with all your menu planning. Our knowledgeable conference planners understand your needs and can assist in arranging your special events.

MEETING ROOMS

Our largest room, Cascade Ballroom, will accommodate up to 400 guests for conventions, dinners, seminars and trade shows. The room is adjacent to a 16' x 68' foyer area, which is perfect for use as a registration area for conferences.

The San Juan room has a fireplace, which offers a nice touch to gatherings in the evenings. The room's unique layout makes it one of our most popular meeting rooms.

Both Lopez and Orcas rooms will fit the need for your smaller meeting plans and are conveniently accessed from either entrance.

The Fidalgo room overlooks the pool area making it a favorite for summertime gatherings.

In addition, we also have a boardroom available for 12 people.
